The King Room with Sea View offers breathtaking vistas of the water, creating a serene atmosphere that sets a nice backdrop for a stay. The room is clean and well-kept, making it a cozy spot to recharge after a day of adventures.
Finding the hotel from the city center was a real hassle due to misleading location details online, which can throw off plans pretty easily. The room itself felt cramped, especially given that it faced the parking lot, limiting the chance to enjoy fresh air without noise or exhaust interference. While the hotel may have nice aesthetics overall, the small size and stuffy conditions of the room weren't ideal for a longer stay.

Charming Stay by the Sea!
Had a lovely time here! The decor is really pretty, and everything was super clean. The bed was incredibly comfy with those crisp white sheets. Julie and her team were just amazing—so friendly yet professional. The cocktails were fab too! Just wish the bar had longer opening hours. it’s such a cozy spot to unwind.

My stay at No17 The Promenade exceeded my expectations. The decor carries a charming and modern vibe, reflecting great attention to detail. My room offered breathtaking views overlooking the harbor, making my walking tour around Oban an absolute joy. However, the pillows were uncomfortable, which affected my overall sleep quality. Breakfast had great options and was beautifully presented. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect, just a short walk to local attractions. Just keep in mind there's no elevator, so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, that might be something to consider.
